### VenueOra platform

Two published plans per venue and a bespoke option. Both plans are the whole platform: the Membership System always on, every module in the Marketplace, a white-label site on your own domain and payouts to your bank. The difference is the fee. Free is £0 a month and £1.50 per ticket sold. Venue is £150 a month per venue and 80p per ticket sold. You set your own ticket and membership prices.

| Plan | Price | Includes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free | £0 a month, plus £1.50 per ticket sold | The whole platform: the same modules and features as the Venue plan, only the fee differs; Membership System always on, plus every module in the Marketplace; Events and ticketing, discount codes, communications, venue management, lockers, kiosks and terminals, policies, affiliate scheme and website editor; White-label site on your own subdomain or domain, edited from the dashboard; Apple Pay, Google Pay and card at checkout; Apple and Google Wallet tickets; QR check-in that rejects a used ticket, and reception mode at the door; Guestlist, email campaigns and a shared inbox; sales, VAT and year-on-year reports; Payouts to your bank after merchant verification, with UK-based support |
| Venue | £150 a month per venue, plus 80p per ticket sold | The whole platform, with the per-ticket fee at 80p; Membership System always on, plus every module in the Marketplace; Events and ticketing, discount codes, communications, venue management, lockers, kiosks and terminals, policies, affiliate scheme and website editor; White-label site on your own subdomain or domain, edited from the dashboard; Apple Pay, Google Pay and card at checkout; Apple and Google Wallet tickets; QR check-in that rejects a used ticket, and reception mode at the door; Guestlist, email campaigns and a shared inbox; sales, VAT and year-on-year reports; Payouts to your bank after merchant verification, with UK-based support |
| Bespoke | On request (for groups, multi-venue operators and high volumes) | The whole platform, on terms agreed for your group and your volume; Membership System always on, plus every module in the Marketplace; Venues and locations under one organisation, with staff roles from Owner to Accountant; White-label site on your own domain; Apple Pay, Google Pay and card; Apple and Google Wallet tickets; Payouts to your bank after merchant verification; sales, VAT and year-on-year reports; UK-based support, and a conversation about volume before anything is signed |

- No monthly fee to start. The Free plan is the whole platform, not a cut-down tier; our fee is £1.50 per ticket sold and the venue sets its own prices.
- Switch to Venue as volume grows. £150 a month per venue brings the per-ticket fee down to 80p, and the venue keeps the same modules, site and records.
- Groups, multi-venue operators and high volumes get bespoke terms. Tell us about the venues and the volume and we will come back with a proposal.
- Payouts reach your bank after merchant verification, and the payouts dashboard shows them.

### VenueGo age and ID verification

VenueGo, a verification platform designed for venues, is priced by the number of checks a month. Every plan runs the same check on the guest's own phone before arrival: face, then document, then a photo holding the document, with a result of approved, declined or needs review.

| Plan | Price | Includes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Trial | £0 for 25 checks | 25 checks; Face, document and a photo holding the document; UK, Irish and US passports and driving licences; Hosted flow under your brand, with API and webhooks |
| Starter | £9 a month for 500 checks | 500 checks a month; Face, document and a photo holding the document; UK, Irish and US passports and driving licences; Hosted flow under your brand, with API and webhooks |
| Growth | £29 a month for 2,500 checks | 2,500 checks a month; Face, document and a photo holding the document; UK, Irish and US passports and driving licences; Hosted flow under your brand, with API and webhooks |

- VenueGo reads the document in the camera. It does not look up DVLA, the passport office, or any other government database, and it does not read a passport chip. A clear result is not proof a document is genuine. It does not replace a premises licence, a challenge at the bar, or legal advice.
- A session lasts 24 hours with three attempts. Under-age declines are never retried into a pass.
- Processing runs in London. Data is stored in the UK and encrypted in transit and at rest, and images are deleted after 30 days unless a review is open.

### Smart lockers

Lockers start with a consultation and a site review, not a price list. LockVault, our smart-locker service, funds, installs, powers, connects and runs the lockers, so there is no upfront cost to the venue, and you have a proposal within 48 hours of the enquiry.

- Expect to hear from the LockVault team, who run the lockers day to day and write the proposal.
- The site review covers footfall, where the lockers would sit, power and connectivity. Most sites need no mains power or Wi-Fi from the venue, because the lockers are self-powered and Starlink-connected.
- The venue provides a pitch or floor space and footfall, and takes a share of rental revenue. LockVault handles support, refunds, maintenance, software updates and insurance.

### Card terminals and card processing

Quoted with your plan. Posso card machines take contactless and chip and PIN at staffed points such as the bar, the till and reception, with next-day settlement. LockerPay terminals take tap, chip and PIN at unattended points such as lockers and kiosks.

We quote per venue. Ask us: https://venueora.com/pricing#request

- Card data never touches your tills, kiosks or lockers; it goes to a PCI DSS Level 1 acquiring partner.
- Tell us which points are staffed and which are unattended, and the terminals go into the same quote as your plan.

ePOS, kiosk and kitchen display hardware is supplied, installed and supported by Posso Ltd under our partnership. Performance figures are Posso’s, from its own customers.

Prices shown are those we publish today. Anything not listed is quoted per venue. Card processing and terminal rates are quoted with your plan.

## Questions

Q: What do the Free and Venue plans include?
A: Both include the whole platform. The Membership System is always on, and every module turns on from the Marketplace: events and ticketing, discount codes, communications, venue management, lockers, kiosks and terminals, policies, the affiliate scheme and the website editor. Each gives you a white-label site on your own domain, Apple Pay, Google Pay and card, Wallet tickets, QR check-in and payouts. The difference is the fee: Free is £0 a month and £1.50 per ticket sold; Venue is £150 a month per venue and 80p per ticket sold.

Q: When does the Venue plan cost less than Free?
A: From roughly 215 tickets a month. At 215 tickets, Free costs 215 tickets at £1.50, which is £322.50, and Venue costs £150 plus 215 tickets at 80p (£172), which is £322.00. Below that volume Free is the cheaper plan; above it, every extra ticket costs 70p less on Venue. Pick Free while you are starting out and move to Venue when a typical month passes that line.

Q: Do modules cost extra?
A: No. Every module is part of your plan and is turned on from the Marketplace when you want it: events and ticketing, discount codes, communication manager, venue management, locker management, kiosk and payment terminals, policy management, the affiliate scheme and the website editor. The Membership System is always on. Turning a module on does not change the monthly price or the per-ticket fee; the fee is per ticket sold under whichever plan you chose.

Q: How and when is the venue paid?
A: Payouts go to your bank account after merchant verification. Every venue completes merchant onboarding, known as KYC, before it can take live payments, then adds bank details in the payouts dashboard, which shows the payouts as they are made. Ticket and membership payments are taken on your branded site or on a terminal from the order, and the sales, VAT and year-on-year reports read from the same records as the payouts.

Q: What does a locker consultation involve?
A: A conversation about the venue, then a site review. LockVault, our smart-locker service, asks about footfall, where the lockers would sit, power and connectivity, and comes back with a proposal within 48 hours of the enquiry. There is no upfront cost to the venue: LockVault funds, installs, powers, connects and runs the lockers, and the venue provides the space and the footfall. The final split and forecast come from a site survey.

Q: How are VenueGo and ePOS priced, and do the prices include VAT?
A: VenueGo is priced by checks a month and its prices are as published; ePOS is priced by software licence and the licence prices exclude VAT. VenueGo: Trial £0 for 25 checks, Starter £9 a month for 500 checks, Growth £29 a month for 2,500 checks. ePOS licences are sold by Posso, our hardware and installation partner: £25 a month plus VAT for one user, £45 a month plus VAT, or a one-off £1,399 plus VAT for an unlimited licence. Hardware, installation and training are quoted with the licence.
