About us

One UK company behind the application, the door and the locker

VenueOra Ticketing Limited is a UK company that builds one platform for venues that take admissions and payments from the public. We run the membership, ticketing and payments platform, LockVault smart lockers and VenueGo, a verification platform designed for venues, with UK-based support.

We are a UK company. We build one platform for venue operators, private members' clubs, lifestyle venues, event brands and specialist capacity venues such as ice rinks, and for any venue that takes admissions and payments from the public: theme parks, waterparks, zoos, trampoline parks, soft play, leisure centres, gyms, festivals, nightclubs and bars, arenas and museums. The idea is simple to state and hard to do: one record per member or guest across the application, the membership, every ticket, every check-in at the door and every locker, run from one dashboard and shown to the public on one branded site. Bespoke brand sites on the same engine are already live for private clubs, pride nights, exclusive events and ice rinks.

LockVault, our smart-locker service, was born inside the company at festivals. The lockers are self-powered, with a solar roof and on-board battery, and Starlink-connected, so most sites need no mains power or Wi-Fi from the venue; the container hubs arrive on a lorry and run within hours. After two seasons of trial deployments with paying customers and repeat bookings, LockVault became a service in its own right. It now operates at festivals, theme parks, gyms, sports clubs, aquatic centres and casinos. LockVault funds, installs, powers, connects, runs and maintains the lockers at no upfront cost to the venue, and the venue receives a share of gross rental revenue. LockerPay, the payments part of LockVault, provides the API, SDKs and card terminals that other locker and kiosk vendors build on.

VenueGo is our age and ID check. The guest checks on their own phone when they sign up or buy a ticket: face, then document, then a photo holding the document. Results come back as approved, declined or needs review, processing runs in London, and images are deleted after 30 days unless a review is open. VenueGo has its own site at venuego.co.uk.

VenueGo reads the document in the camera. It does not look up DVLA, the passport office, or any other government database, and it does not read a passport chip. A clear result is not proof a document is genuine. It does not replace a premises licence, a challenge at the bar, or legal advice.

Posso UK is our hardware and installation partner. Posso supplies, installs, trains and supports ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen display systems, digital menu boards and card machines. VenueOra provides payment processing on the Posso platform, custom development and integrations, ticketing and admissions, and LockVault integration. It is a two-way partnership, and we say so plainly: the hardware is Posso's, the memberships, ticketing and payment processing are ours.

Principles

How we work

Say what it does not do

Every product page states its limits in plain sentences. VenueGo does not check a government database, and a clear result is not proof a document is genuine. Locker revenue is an estimate until a site survey.

Fund it ourselves where we can

LockVault lockers cost the venue nothing upfront and nothing to operate. We fund, install, power, connect, run and maintain them and take our return from a share of gross rental revenue, so our interest and the venue's line up.

UK-based support

VenueOra is a UK company and support is UK-based. Membership and ticketing data is UK-based, VenueGo processes checks in London and stores data in the UK, and LockVault monitors its lockers 24/7 from a remote operations dashboard.

One record per member

A membership application, a ticket, a check-in at the door and a locker rental are the same person. We keep one record so renewal reminders, member-only tickets, policy signatures and VAT reports read from the same place, not four exports.
