The platform
One dashboard and one branded site, from the application to the door
VenueOra is attraction management software for private members' clubs, lifestyle venues, event brands, ice rinks and attractions. Applications, memberships, tickets with rules, the door, lockers and kiosks run from one dashboard and one branded site, with UK-based support.
One platform, four jobs
Memberships, tickets and payments on one record
Applications with photos and staff review, invite codes, guest day passes and annual or monthly plans priced by you. Events with several ticket types, each with its own price, capacity and rules, discount codes, and checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and card. Sessions with buffer time for rinks and kit hire. Payouts to your bank after merchant verification.
- Applications with photos, staff review and internal comments; single and couple applications
- Ticket rules per type: members only, couples or singles, age limits, password-protected
- Discount codes, percentage or fixed, single or multi-use, per event or global
- Apple and Google Wallet passes and downloadable tickets with a unique QR code
- Sessions with capacity and buffer time; bundles such as a pair of skates reserved into a locker
- Payouts dashboard after merchant verification; sales, VAT, year-on-year and daily capacity reports
Lockers, kiosks, tills and card machines
VenueOra kiosks sell walk-in tickets, take Apple Pay, Google Pay and card-present payments and check guests in; a skate-hire kiosk scans a ticket, picks a size and allocates a pair into a locker. Lockers open by NFC tag or PIN, including a PIN emailed to the guest, with LockVault, our smart-locker service, supplying and running the hardware at no upfront cost. ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen display and card machines are supplied, installed and supported by Posso, our hardware and installation partner, with VenueOra processing the payments.
- Locker inventory by colour, side and number; assign to a member, guest, ticket or event
- NFC tag or PIN open, release or emergency-unlock, in or out of service, usage analytics
- Self-serve kiosk for walk-in sales and check-in, with member search and a second verification step
- Skate-hire kiosk: scan a ticket, pick a size, allocate a pair into a locker
- Posso ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks and kitchen display, installed and supported by Posso
- Card terminals registered per venue; card-present payments with status polling
Age checks, the door log and card data
VenueGo, a verification platform designed for venues, checks age and ID on the guest's own phone when they sign up or buy a ticket. VenueGo reads the document in the camera. It does not look up DVLA, the passport office, or any other government database, and it does not read a passport chip. A clear result is not proof a document is genuine. It does not replace a premises licence, a challenge at the bar, or legal advice. The incident and refusal log and the compliance document store sit in Venue Management, and card data never touches your tills, kiosks or lockers.
- Face, then document, then a photo holding the document; approved, declined or needs review
- Incident and refusal log with member lookup, people involved, venue, staff member and a searchable history
- Compliance document store: insurance, fire assessment, electrical certificates
- Policies with versions, sent automatically on application, approval or purchase, acceptance stored on the member
- Card payments through a PCI DSS Level 1 acquiring partner
Pages in Protect
Website editor, integrations and APIs
The website editor sets the hero, about sections, gallery, footer, contact details and logos on a white-label site on your subdomain or custom domain, and flagship brands get a bespoke front end on the same engine. Integrations cover Apple and Google Wallet, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment terminals, email, SMS, push notifications, Telegram groups and NFC lockers. LockerPay gives locker and kiosk vendors a REST API with signed webhooks and SDKs, and VenueGo offers an API and webhooks for integrators.

- White-label site on a subdomain or custom domain; bespoke front ends on the same engine

Pages in Build
The dashboard
Run the whole venue from one screen
Members, events, orders, subscriptions, membership requests and payments sit in one dashboard, so staff work from the same record whichever page they open.
Every member on one list
The membership dashboard opens on the member counts and a searchable member table, with the actions staff use most along the top.
- Search by name, email or membership number; filter by plan and type
- Add a member, search the archive or message members from the page header
- Members expiring in the next 30 days are counted beside new members and active subscriptions
Events with capacity per ticket type
The events page lists upcoming and past events as cards, each with its start time, a capacity bar and sold counts for every ticket type.
- Several ticket types on one event, each with its own capacity and sales
- Custom fields for anything else the checkout needs to collect
- New event and search at the top, with a menu on every event card
Each event against its capacity
The event page shows tickets sold against capacity, revenue, guests checked in and what is still to sell, with tabs for the guestlist, sales and messages.
- Tickets sold against capacity, with revenue and the average per ticket after discounts
- Guestlist, sales and analytics, and communication tabs on each event
- Live page, copy link and edit actions in the page header
One order, every detail
An order shows the customer, the items bought, the tickets issued and the payment taken, with the actions staff need beside them.
- Customer details, a member order link and an order items table
- Cancel tickets, process a refund or resend the email from the header
- Order total, amount paid and remaining due in summary cards
Plans and renewals in one place
Subscription management shows who is active, inactive, expiring soon or expired, with a membership health breakdown and the most recent subscriptions.
- Create and manage plans, priced by the venue
- A lifecycle manager for the due, lapsed and win-back emails
- Recent subscriptions with plan, status, start date and end date
Membership requests in one list
Every membership application sits in one list with its status, so pending requests can be contacted, approved or rejected.
- Counts for all, pending, contacted, approved and rejected requests
- Search by name, email or membership number, and filter by status
- View, edit or delete a request from each row
Every payment in one ledger
Memberships, ticket sales and orders sit in one payments ledger, with paid, pending and failed totals and revenue for the period.

- Search by name, email, order number or payment reference
- Filter by type, provider and date range
Screens show demo data from the ticketing app.
In use at the door
Kiosks that sell and check in
Walk-in tickets, payments and check-in share one record and one dashboard.
One member record
One member, one record, from the application to the locker
A guest applies with photos, is approved by staff, buys a members-only ticket, signs the policy, checks in at reception and rents a locker by NFC. On VenueOra that is one record in one dashboard, so the door, the membership desk and the accountant see the same person.

Ticket types with their own price, capacity and rules; discount codes; Apple and Google Wallet passes; QR check-in that rejects a used ticket; reception mode with guestlist search by member, guest, order or ticket.
Lockers, kiosks and kit
Lockers assigned to a member, guest, ticket or event and opened by NFC tag or PIN; kiosks for walk-in sales and check-in; sessions with buffer time before and after; skate-hire bundles reserved into a locker.

FAQ
Questions venues ask
What is attraction management software?
Software that runs the commercial side of a venue from one system: memberships and applications, tickets with rules and capacity, check-in at the door, lockers and kiosks, payments and reporting. Booking software stops at the sale; this follows the member or guest through the application, the door and the locker. VenueOra does this for private members' clubs, lifestyle venues, event brands, ice rinks and attractions, from one dashboard and one branded site on your own domain.
Can one platform cover memberships, ticketing and ePOS?
Yes, with one qualification about who supplies what. Memberships, ticketing, the door, lockers, kiosks and payments are VenueOra's own platform, on one member record. ePOS tills, self-ordering kiosks and kitchen display are supplied, installed and supported by Posso, our hardware and installation partner, and VenueOra provides the payment processing on the Posso platform. The tills stay Posso's system; the ticket, the member and the locker stay on VenueOra, and we build integrations where a venue needs the two to connect.
Which venues is VenueOra built for?
Venue operators, private members' clubs, lifestyle venues, event brands and specialist capacity venues such as ice rinks, and any venue that takes admissions and payments from the public: theme parks, waterparks, zoos, trampoline parks, soft play, leisure centres, gyms, festivals, nightclubs and bars, arenas and museums. Bespoke brand sites on the same engine are already live for private clubs, pride nights, exclusive events and ice rinks. A club leans on applications and member-only tickets; a rink leans on sessions, skate hire and lockers.
How do the lockers and age checks fit in?
Locker management is a VenueOra module: inventory, assignment to a member or ticket, NFC and PIN open, usage analytics and rental from the door or kiosk. LockVault, our smart-locker service, supplies and runs the hardware at no upfront cost to the venue after a consultation and site review. VenueGo checks age and ID on the guest's own phone when they sign up or buy a ticket. Each has its own site, lockerpay.co.uk and venuego.co.uk.
What does the platform cost?
Two published plans per venue. Free is £0 a month and £1.50 per ticket sold; Venue is £150 a month per venue and 80p per ticket sold. Both include the Membership System and every module in the Marketplace, and groups and multi-venue operators get bespoke terms. VenueGo plans are Trial £0 for 25 checks, Starter £9 a month for 500 and Growth £29 a month for 2,500. Lockers start with a consultation and a proposal within 48 hours. ePOS licences from Posso start at £25 a month plus VAT.
Is VenueOra a UK company and where is data held?
Yes. VenueOra is a UK company with UK-based support, and membership and ticketing data is UK-based. VenueGo processes checks in London, stores data in the UK and deletes images after 30 days unless a review is open. Card data goes to a PCI DSS Level 1 acquiring partner and never touches your tills, kiosks or lockers. Our security page sets out the detail for each product.
