How the sum works
Rentals a year is guests a day multiplied by the share who take a locker, multiplied by operating days. Gross rental revenue is rentals multiplied by the average fee. The venue share is the typical 40% of gross; the final split is agreed after a site survey, and the proposal arrives within 48 hours of an enquiry.
